防爆电源接线盒是供电伴热带接入电源使用，它按增安型防爆电器要求设计，制造型号为“DH”防爆等级为“ExeⅡT4”。防爆电源接线盒由接线盒体和底座两部分组成。见图24所示，电源电缆由进线孔进入接线盒腔内，电伴热带则沿管道从底座部进入接线盒腔内，在接线端子上与电源电缆相连接。我厂电源接线盒是单双向通用，既可单向输出电伴热带，也可双向输出电伴热带。Explosion-proof power connection kit is used for power connection, designed following the requirement of increased-safety. The type is named ‘DH’, with ‘Exe ⅡT4’ explosion-proof level. The whole connection kit is composed of a kit and a base. The power line passes through the inlet hole into the kit. While the heating cable pass along the base into the kit, then connecting to the power line on the wiring terminal. Both unidirectional type and bidirectional type are available.
 
1.产品结构 Structure
接线盒腔内有三个接线块，三个接线端子供接三相使用，当使用单相时，只需使用其中的两个端子。Three terminals in the kit are for three-phase heating cable. Single-phase heating cable just need connect with two of the terminals.
